Recommended dosage of the product BCAA LIQUID: 1 dose = 40 ml. Drink 1 dose approx. 30 minutes before the performance and 1 dose immediately after the performance. The maximum daily dose is 80 ml. The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded.
Use of the BCAA LIQUID product: shake slightly before use. Administer by diluting the contents of the scoop in water or a sports drink. Close tightly after opening, store at a temperature of up to 25 °C and consume within 2 months.
