The instant form of K4 Power BCAA with excellent solubility is made up of individual branched chain essential amino acids leucine, isoleucine and valine in a ratio of 4:1:1, which the body cannot create by itself, therefore it can only receive them from the diet or through supplementation.
BCAAs make up to 35% of the content of muscle mass, where they are involved in energy production. They speed up protein synthesis and protect their own muscle proteins during sports and physical exertion. They are enriched with L-glutamine, citrulline malate and group B vitamins, which increase their effect and effectiveness.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE:
1 dose (11 g) before training and 1 dose (11 g) after training.
PREPARATION:
Mix 2 scoops of powder (11 g) in 250-300 ml of clean water. Let dissolve, stir and drink.
