Glutamine is a non-essential amino acid that makes up to 60% of free amino acids in muscle cells, where it is the main source of nitrogen. In conditions of intense physical exertion and stress, it becomes conditionally essential. Glutamine ensures the protection of muscle proteins from post-training catabolism and supports the regeneration of muscle tissue.
Glutamine is intended for:
for strength and endurance athletes
Recommended dosage of Glutamine:
- Strength sports - 2-3 times a day, preferably in the morning, 1 hour. after training or before bed
- Endurance sports - take 1-2 times a day, preferably 1 hour after training or before going to bed.
- Children from 14 - 18 years old 3 g of powder 2 times a day
- Glutamine must be taken continuously for at least three weeks.
- The maximum recommended dose is 15 g of glutamine per day.
Preparation:
Mix 3 g (1 teaspoon) or 5 g (1 scoop) of powder in 200 ml of water or juice.
