GU Roctane Recovery Drink Mix is a new recovery drink that aims to help the athlete replenish fluids and protect muscle fibers so that he can continue full training the next day.
Roctane Recovery Drink Mix listened to the competitors' request for a higher protein content in the drink and now brings 2x more high-quality protein than the original Recovery Drink and thus joined the Roctane family. The recovery drink contains 20 g of high-quality whey protein in one dose, which ensures the repair and restoration of muscle fibers.
In addition to whey protein isolate, the drink also contains a hydrolyzate of this protein, which is characterized by a greater content of leucine.
Leucine is a very important amino acid for the growth of muscle mass. Thanks to this complex composition, muscle regeneration takes place much faster and more efficiently. Each portion also contains fast-acting carbohydrates to replenish muscle glycogen reserves and, together with sodium lost through sweat, rehydrates the body. Thanks to the replenishment of muscle glycogen, there is no burning of energy from muscle protein.
We recommend mixing 2 scoops of powder in 250 ml of water and drinking it within 30 minutes after training or racing.
