It is rich in branched-chain amino acids BCAA, which are important for muscle growth, because they start the process of protein synthesis and supply building blocks to muscle fibers. By using it, you improve the regeneration processes and the body's immunity. The protein is undenatured, that is, it is filtered at a low temperature. In the protein production process, the CFU Cross-Flow Ultra-filtration method and the enzyme lactase, which split the milk sugar-lactose, were used. This process has achieved that there is less than 0.1% lactose in the product itself. It is quickly digestible and does not burden the stomach. Suitable for people who have a problem with lactose digestion. We recommend it as a more suitable alternative to WPI 90, which has a maximum lactose content of 0.4%, but in this case at a lower price. Of course, this applies to higher physical activity and not during a diet. Depending on the composition, you can choose a product that contains steviol or sucralose glycoside sweeteners.
It is easily soluble in instant form.
