Recommended dosage of the product 100% BEEF PROTEIN: mix a dose of 35 g (approx. 2 scoops) in 200 ml of water. Depending on the daily protein requirement, consume 1-3 servings per day, between meals. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. After opening, store at a temperature of up to 25 ° C and consume within 3 months.
