Use and dosage: Mix the recommended dose of the measuring cup (25 g) in 150-200 ml of water or milk in a shaker. Then pour the mixture into a microwave-safe mug and heat for 60-90 seconds. Drink hot, mix it and you can consume it during the day or 1 hour. before training.
