PowerBar PowerGel energy gel

During intense training or exercise, you need to replenish your energy as quickly as possible. That's why athletes have been choosing PowerGel ORIGINAL energy gels from PowerBar since 1996. They contain the scientifically developed C2MAX double source of carbohydrates. which can be proven to increase performance by up to 8%.

Recommended use:
The energy gel should always be taken with min. 150 ml vody. Do not forget that during performance you can receive max. 90 g of carbohydrates per hour, depending on its length and intensity. 1 PowerGel contains 27 g of carbohydrates. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose - 4 packs. This food supplement does not serve as a substitute for a varied diet and is not suitable for children and pregnant women.
