RECOMMENDED DOSAGE:
The first 3 days 2 x 1 capsule a day (in the morning or at lunch), later you can increase the dosage to 2 x 2 capsules a day
Take before meals and do not take after 4 p.m. hour (may cause problems falling asleep, due to various natural ingredients that promote mental alertness)

L-carnitine tartrate, natural caffeine, green tea extract, white willow bark extract, gugull sterones (commiphora mukul-myrrh extract), citrus aurantium extract, L-tyrosine, naringin, chromium (chromium picolinate), selenium (yeast selenium). , gelatin capsule, dye: titanium dioxide.
