Omega 3 fatty acids are compounds usually found in oily fish, two of which are important when adding fish oil to your daily diet: EPA and DHA.
SiS DAILY OMEGA 3 capsules consist of 550 mg of a combination of EPA and DHA, which are the building blocks of immune cells, act as mediators of inflammation and support cardiovascular health, making them a great supplement for general well-being as well as performance goals.
OMEGA 3 should be supplemented unless you consume 2 portions of fatty fish per week.
550 mg of combined EPA and DHA is the minimum amount recommended for good health.
Recommended dosage: Take 1 x a day - 1 capsule and drink with a sufficient amount of water. The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded.
