Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) is a fatty acid with many health benefits. And it is known mainly for its impact on weight loss. Studies have shown that CLA supplementation leads to "moderate body fat loss" compared to placebo. For this reason, SiS CLA is popular with athletes to improve body composition.
This product occurs naturally in the dairy products and cattle of grass-fed animals and comes from vegetable oils. Many studies have shown that people who eat a lot of CLA have a lower risk of various diseases, including type 2 diabetes and cancer. There are many different forms of CLA, but two important ones are called c9, t11 (cis-9, trans-11) and t10, c12 (trans-10, cis-12).
C9, t11 is the most abundant in food, while t10, c12 is the form found in this product and most associated with weight loss. T10, c12 is also present in food, albeit in much smaller amounts. Therefore, in order to take advantage of CLA, it is recommended to use the nutritional supplement SiS CLA gel capsules.
Recommended dosage: Take 3 times a day - 1 capsule with food and drink plenty of water. The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded.

Storage: Store in a dry and dark place at room temperature. Keep out of reach of small children. Protect from direct sunlight.
