Recommended dosage of SYNEPHRINE: take 1 capsule 30 minutes before exercise. The capsule can be combined with L-carnitine-based products before the procedure. Do not take before bed! The established recommended daily dose must not be exceeded.
Use: according to the recommended dosage, swallow the capsule and drink plenty of water. Alcoholic and dairy drinks are not suitable. Don't bite the capsule! Once opened, store below 25 ° C and use within 3 months.
