An instant blend of essential amino acids with a branched chain (BCAA), enriched with the amino acid L-glutamine. BCAA is one of the nine essential amino acids that the human body cannot create, and their presence in the body must be ensured by the diet. An incomplete dietary pattern can be the cause of a lack of one of the essential amino acids.

Recommended dosage: mix a dose of 10 g (approx. ½ scoop) in 200 ml of water 15 minutes before physical activity and immediately after the end of training. The drink can also be drunk during physical activity. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. After opening, store at a temperature of up to 25 ºC and consume within 3 months. Contains caffeine (160 mg/12.5g) - not suitable for children and pregnant or breastfeeding women.
