Amacx Turbo Chew Bar is an energy chewable bar with a high dose of carbohydrates thanks to the correct ratio of glucose and fructose (1:0.8). In addition, the Turbo Chew Bar is low in fat, protein and fiber, which is very important if you want to consume a large amount of carbohydrates during an exhausting effort. If you want to get these high carbohydrate intakes (100-120 grams per hour), for example, it is not possible with the Energy Oat Bar, because it has much higher nutritional values in terms of fat, protein and fiber.Turbo Chew Bar contains 40 grams of carbohydrates in a 1:0.8 ratio between glucose and fructose. This ensures that the chewing stick can contribute to the proper absorption and utilization of a very high carbohydrate intake (100-120 grams per hour). The composition is precisely tuned to the other products of the Turbo range and allows you to use a combination of these products during your workout, as you wish and prefer. We recommend testing your race nutrition plan regularly in training to see what works best for you and train your stomach and intestines to process it properly.

How to use
Eat 1-2 bars per hour during exercise. Use depends on personal carbohydrate requirements. Get enough carbohydrates and fluids through other (sports) foods (preferably from the Turbo range) such as Turbo Gel and Turbo Drink. Keep the product in a cool and dry place, out of the reach of small children. May contain traces of gluten. The product is gluten-free, but it is made in a factory that produces products containing gluten.
