A pre-training instant drink for strength and endurance sports, it contains a mixture of active substances to support the stimulation of the body before physical performance, improve blood circulation and support concentration.

Recommended dosage: Up to 85 kg of body weight, use a dose of 6 g, and above 85 kg of body weight, or for advanced training, a dose of 9 g. Consume 15 minutes before training. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Use: Mix the recommended dose in water. The dilution ratio is 6 g (1 heaped teaspoon) to 130-160 ml of water or 9 g (1.5 teaspoons) to 190-240 ml of water. After opening, store at a temperature of up to 25°C and consume within 4 months.
Warning: due to the high concentration of active substances, undissolved particles are visible after mixing in the drink. It is a natural feature of the product and is not a defect.
Warning: Nutritional supplement, with sweeteners, contains caffeine (150 mg/ 6 g / 225 mg/ 9 g) - not suitable for children and pregnant or breastfeeding women.
It must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store out of reach of children! Store in a dry place at a temperature of up to 25 ° C away from direct sunlight. Protect from frost. The manufacturer is not liable for damages caused by improper use and storage.
