Isostar Hydrate & Perform ionic drink
The ionic drink Isostar Hydrate & Perform provides energy, vitamins and minerals in addition to hydration, with an improved formula without dyes and a feeling of sweetness in the mouth.It is a food enriched with dietary supplements suitable for athletes, which reduces the feeling of exhaustion and muscle fatigue.
Recommended daily dosage
3 measuring cups up to 500 ml of water, max. 1/2 l to 1 l of drink per day. Before the competition (during the warm-up) 150–300 ml of the drink. During exercise 150 ml every 15 minutes. Suitable for endurance physical activity, intensive exercise and in hot climates. Store the prepared drink in the fridge and consume it immediately. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

- isotonic 5 l (40 g powder/500 ml water)
- hypotonic 10 l (40 g powder/1000 ml water)
