Classic ion drink with a choice of flavors. By dissolving it in water, you get an isotonic or hypotonic drink designed to restore the balance of water and minerals in the body. It is especially useful in case of excessive sweating due to intense physical activity, such as pri športe. It will support the maintenance of performance and prevent a sudden loss of energy.Preparation:
- pour 30 g of powder into 500 ml of isotonic drink
- pour 15 g of powder into 500 ml hypotonic drink
