Recommended use of GU:
It is recommended to consume the gel 5 minutes before training or a race and then every 30 to 45 minutes during the activity. Recommended daily dose: 4 sachets per day.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of the reach of small children. Some flavors are high in caffeine. Not recommended for children, pregnant or lactating women. Store in a cool and dry place.
