- During sports performance – in small amounts of 0.3 – 0.8 l of drink, max. 2 l v priebehu 1 h

- Sporting youth, children from 8 years old - during the day 0.3 - 1 l of drink
- People exposed to great mental and physical stress - 0.5 - 1 l of drink
- Maximum daily dose: 2 l of drink
Mix 17 g of powder (1 scoop) in 250 ml of water.
