Amacx Fast Bar is a source of different types of carbohydrates that provide the right support (carbohydrate ratio 2:1). The soft texture makes this bar easy to consume, making it ideal for sports use. The bar consists of 40% almonds and is naturally rich in magnesium, potassium and calcium. Available in lemon, orange and vanilla flavors.

Take Fast Bar immediately before, during or after exercise.
How to use
Eat 1-3 bars per hour during exercise. Use depends on personal carbohydrate requirements. Ideal for short bursts of effort. Avoid too much solid food during exercise. For extra energy, combine this bar with: Energy Drink, Energy Fruit Chew, Drink Gel, Fast Bar and Ice Gel.
Warning: Store in a cool and dry place, out of the reach of small children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. A nutritional supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet.
Composition
Vanilla: ALMONDS (40%), sugar, oligofructose syrup, maltodextrin, dextrose, palatinose, SOY protein isolate, aroma. May contain traces of gluten, milk, soy, tree nuts, peanuts and eggs.
Orange: ALMOND (40%), sugar, oligofructose syrup, orange peel (minimum 5%), maltodextrin, dextrose, palatinose, SOY protein isolate, orange flavor. May contain traces of gluten, milk, soy, tree nuts, peanuts and eggs.
Lemon: ALMOND (40%), sugar, oligofructose syrup, lemon peel (minimum 5%), maltodextrin, dextrose, palatinose, SOY protein isolate, lemon flavor. May contain traces of gluten, milk, soy, tree nuts, peanuts and eggs.
