Nutrend Creatine Ethyl Ester is a compound of creatine and an ester. It stands out for its good stability and perfect usability. Increases the increase in strength, dynamics, explosiveness. It supports an increase in the volume of quality muscle mass and accelerates regeneration.
Nutrend Creatine Ethyl Ester is suitable for speed, endurance and power-speed sports (hockey, basketball, handball, mountain climbing). Regular intake increases muscle performance during intense training. To increase efficiency, we recommend using the so-called Creatine cycles. A beneficial effect can be achieved by administering at least 3 grams of creatine in a daily dose.
Recommended dosage: 3 capsules approx. 45 minutes before physical performance and 3 capsules after sports performance. The maximum daily dose is 6 capsules.
