Endurance: Take one serving of Stamimax Energy before exercise to replenish glycogen stores. To ensure optimal energy supply during long-term performance, consume 2 servings = 75 g / 1 l of water every hour. We recommend adjusting the optimal dosage according to individual needs.
Strength and dynamics: Take 1 serving of Stamimax Energy before exercise to replenish carbohydrates.
