MTBIKER Brno

Czech customers can visit us in the store and pick-up point that we opened for them in Brno in the Vlněna complex. They will find us in building E on the street Přízová 1. The space is in operation from 13. 5. 2024.

The purpose of the pick-up point:

• Express order delivery from MTBIKER shop (orders including goods solely in stock that were placed before 12:00 on business days are delivered on the same day). You can try the clothes on (there are fitting rooms) and decide on the spot, if you want to claim it or not.
• Picking up bikes from MTBIKER shop. The bicycle will wait for you, assembled and ready for a ride. Our service mechanics will adjust it for you.
• Returns and warranty claims - it doesn't matter if the order was or wasn't picked up from here.
• There is a small seasonal selection of apparel, footwear, helmets, bicycles and essential utility goods.
• Consulting goods from MTBIKER shop.
• Warranty examination and bike service.
• Bikefitting

Products in the e-shop labelled as In Brno are available for immediate pick up.

Parking / bike stands

• If necessary, clean bikes can also be taken inside the store.
• You can park directly in our underground garages of the Vlněna complex. The first 30 minutes are free. That way, you can pick up your order without any problems, and you won't spend time looking for a parking space. The garages are open 24/7, and when you want to extend your parking, you can conveniently pay by card.
• Parking is free for 1 hour (Zone B) on the streets around the Vlněna complex, then costs 30 CZK/hour.

If you are traveling by public transport, the nearest stop is Úzká.
