MTBIKER Bratislava

We prepared a new showroom and pick-up point for our customers from Bratislava at 2A Svätoplukova Street in the historical building - Pradiareň 1900, close to the bus station and emerging Bratislava downtown. We opened it on 19/4/2021.

The purpose of the pick-up point:

• Express order delivery from MTBIKER shop (orders including goods solely in stock that were placed before 12:00 on business days are delivered on the same day). You can try the clothes on (there are fitting rooms) and decide on the spot, if you want to claim it or not.
• Picking up bikes from MTBIKER shop. The bicycle will wait for you, assembled and ready for a ride. Our service mechanics will adjust it for you.
• Returns and warranty claims - it doesn't matter if the order was or wasn't picked up from here.
• There is a small seasonal selection of apparel, footwear, helmets, bicycles and essential utility goods.
• Consulting goods from MTBIKER shop.
• Bike stands in front of the entrance and the possibility of putting your bike inside.
• Warranty examination and bike service.
• Bikefitting

Products in the e-shop labelled as In Bratislava showroom are available for immediate pick up.

NURA showroom

Located in our space is also online jewelry store NURA showroom . In order to visit the showroom it is necessary to make an online reservation in advance. NURA orders can be picked up at the MTBIKER register.

Parking / bike stands

• Bike stands are in front of the entrance to the store on Svätoplukova Street. Also, you can bring a clean bike inside.
• Bike stands are next to the entrance to the Pradiareň 1900 building from Páričkova Street.
• You can stop right next to the entrance for express order pick up.
• Underground parking of the Pradiareň 1900 building (entrance from Košická Street). You can get from the underground right into the building. It is free for the first 15 minutes, and then 2,50 EUR per hour.
• Parking in shopping centre Nivy. From there, you have to exit at Svätoplukova Steet, and then the entrance to the MTBIKER showroom is 50 metres far. Parking is free for the first 3 hours (5 hours through the weekend).
• Parking is also possible in the surrounding streets for a fee via PAAS.

The position on the map shows the entrance to the store from Svätoplukova Street. You can also enter from the lobby of the Pradiareň building.
