The very well ventilated, lightweight D-Alto bicycle helmet is made with In-Mold technology. Since 2012, the inner padding of this bicycle helmet model has been made of antibacterial material, which significantly reduces the amount of bacteria and thus prevents the formation of odors when sweating.
IN-MOLD technology means a procedure in which the mass of the inner shell is foamed into the outer shell of the helmet under high pressure and high temperature. The result is a complete connection and an extremely stable structure of the helmet at a low weight. Safety in the event of mechanical influences, e.g. when hitting a pointed object, it is therefore clearly higher for IN-MOLD helmets than for point-glued helmets.
Thanks to the removable visor, the D-ALTO cycling helmet is designed for mountain bike lovers as well as road cycling enthusiasts.
