POC Tempor Uranium helmet
The award-winning Tempor helmet is designed to provide the ultimate advantage needed in time trial racing. It has excellent aerodynamic and safety properties and the EPS insert provides a high level of protection with increased thickness in the most exposed areas. In the development process, POC involved Olympic time trial medalist Gustav Larsson and aerodynamic specialists from Semcon. POC's conceptual approach to aerodynamics was to look at the rider as one mass of the body rather than isolating the head from the rest of the body. POC used CFD aerodynamic simulations for evaluation and optimization. Two front air intakes reduce drag by directing air through the helmet and over the shoulders. Shaped for speed
The PC outer shell is shaped for speed and directs air away from the shoulders for an optimal aero profile around the entire body.

Removable visor
The package includes two lenses: one clear, one tinted for all conditions. It can also be used without a visor.
