HJC Ibex 3.0 helmet, red/white
The IBEX 3 is the ultimate representative of the latest technology from HJC, designed to provide the rider with the highest quality, safety and competitive advantage. It is the first of its kind to bring the revolutionary SELFIT PRO technology, combining an automatic adjustment system with the possibility of micro-adjustment. In addition, it contains the innovative SLID technology, which minimizes rotational shocks and ensures maximum safety.
The IBEX 3 embodies the essence of HJC's COOLPATH technology, which allows cool air to optimally flow around your head while riding by replacing the inner lining. With less weight and better ventilation, the IBEX 3 provides excellent performance.
HELMET FEATURES:
SELFIT PRO – an automatic self-adjustment system that represents a revolutionary technology in the field of mounting bicycle helmets. Once the helmet is adjusted to your head, it does not require further adjustments, even if your head moves while riding. The SELFIT system automatically adjusts the gap and ensures a consistent fit and comfort for your head. Five snap fitting positions ensure a consistent fit and comfort for all different types of head shapes and sizes.
The micro wheel enables even better adjustment and size regulation even while driving. The rider can fine-tune the fit, resulting in a helmet that will be perfectly tailored for the perfect ride every time the ride is repeated.
COOLPATH – a new technology replacing the internal padding, which allows cool air to flow around the head and increases comfort during driving. The cool air flow and lightness of the helmet improve the fit and provide an excellent riding experience. A certain amount of air passes through the front intake hole, then circulates inside the helmet and finally exits through the exhaust hole. Internal airflow is increased to cool the head and dissipate heat.
SLID – HJC has developed a safety feature by adding a special GEL material. The SLID is placed inside the helmet to reduce the amount of energy delivered to the brain by providing rotational function. The advanced GEL material inside the SLID insole has flowing properties. Thanks to this, it is possible to achieve minimum forces and energies falling on the brain by dispersing the impact.
