Pace 2 is the latest multi-sport watch in the COROS brand offer. It is considered the lightest GPS watch in the world - it weighs only 29 grams in the nylon strap version! It is characterized by an overall ratio of price and quality, offers many functions and options, and is based on extremely durable materials. It is filled with features that will help you on the ultramarathon route, mountain trekking, mountain climbing, triathlon races or even in the gym. Regardless of where you are and what activity you are doing, it will provide you with a comprehensive data package along with their up-to-date analysis. By maximizing the feeling of safety, it helps you to increase your individual performance.

Changes compared to the original, that is, what determines the Pace 2 innovation.
The undisputed advantage of Pace 2 is its unprecedented weight - reduced from 48 to 29 grams (version with nylon strap) compared to the original model. Je to efekt m.in. reducing the dimensions of the watch without simultaneously reducing the diameter of the shooter, which is still 1.2" at a resolution of 240 x 240 pixels.
If the difference of dozens of grams is not a key change for every user, then a 1.5x faster processor, 5x more RAM memory and 4x more storage space (64 MB) are innovations that are hard to ignore. If you've used a Pace - or a watch with similar parameters - you'll undoubtedly feel the difference.
Other strictly technical changes are the move away from four buttons in favor of an intuitive knob, the addition of a quick strap switching system, and a night-lighting feature on the watch face that adapts to the surrounding conditions. It is worth noting that Pace 2 is able to work longer than its original model - from 25 to 30 h in normal GPS mode and from 50 to 60 h in UltraMax mode. The standard operating mode of the watch - that is, one that will constantly monitor your heart rate, monitor your sleep, count steps and calories burned or send notifications - is currently 20 days (10 less than its predecessor).
Useful changes occurred at the level of functionality itself. Pace 2 has been enriched with support for training plans, the function of calculating running performance from the wrist, and the Truck Run mode - an intelligent algorithm to support the recording of activity on a 400-meter treadmill.
The improved model gives you the option to choose from 12 different sports modes, led by running, cycling, swimming or the newly added strength training (more than 200 exercises for the upper and lower body).

Ensuring operation in the most difficult terrain and climatic conditions.
The materials used in the production of Pace 2 will guarantee you resistance in the most adverse weather conditions. Thanks to reinforced glass fiber, a polymer frame and the use of Corning Glass, it combines the already mentioned lightness with high resistance. Whether you're reaching mountain peaks, diving in the depths of the sea, walking in a sun-scorched desert, or moving between arctic glaciers, Pace 2 will provide you with a comprehensive wealth of data. Príklady? Thanks to the water resistance class up to 5 ATM, why dive with it up to 50 m. Have you found yourself in the desert, the sky is shining and it feels like it's around 60°C? Pace 2 will confirm if this is the case! Otherwise, when you find yourself in a desert - but an icy one - you will get the required data, even if the sensors show -20°C.
But what if the conditions - also due to the weakening of the organism - do not facilitate manual control of the watch...? The built-in digital button, as a replacement for traditional buttons, can be easily operated with one finger - even with gloves and underwater. In addition, you can use the touch screen to move the route up and down, right and left, while using the digital rotary control you can additionally zoom in or out.
It's worth noting that one of the options used in the Pace 2 is the option to purchase a version with a 20mm wide nylon strap. It is almost 2 times lighter than a standard silicone strap. It is made of breathable material that prevents the formation of abrasions and irritation. Thanks to the quick-release system, it allows comfortable and precise wearing.

A wealth of sensors and functions.
Easy runs are a more even heart rate, while intervals and strength training provide more dynamic changes associated with significant jumps in heart rate. COROS has developed unique heart rate algorithms for each activity mode to give you the best-in-class accuracy of wrist-based heart rate measurement. Thanks to this, Pace 2 effectively tracks every activity of the body - not only during the day, when you are active, but also during sleep, when your body is resting.

You will always know where you are.
Pace 2 supports GPS, GLONASS and BEIDOU satellite systems; it is only a matter of time - associated with the development of further software updates - the implementation of the Galileo system. In addition, Pace 2 has functions such as a barometric altimeter, accelerometer, compass, thermometer or gyroscope, which will be a useful source of information for you - especially in the context of the place where you find yourself.
