Use of Fenix E35 V3.0 LED flashlight
From the factory, there may be a black insulating cap inside the lamp on the battery. Remove it from the battery before first use. To turn it on or off, hold down the side button for about 0.5 seconds. You can switch power modes at any time during operation by pressing the side button. The stroboscope can be activated by holding the button for 1.2 seconds. A short press turns off the strobe.Charging - remove the battery from the lamp and plug the USB cable into the side USB-C connector on the battery, during charging the light in the plus pole of the battery lights up red. It lights up blue when fully charged.
Intelligent protection against overheating - if the temperature of the lamp rises above 60 °C, it will automatically reduce the power in gradual steps. As soon as the temperature of the lamp drops below 60 °C, the power will gradually increase again.
Battery charge status indication - after a short press of the button (the lamp must be switched off), the LED indicator in the button is activated. If the indicator light is green, the battery is more than 85% charged. Green flashing means 50-85% capacity. If it lights up red, it is charged at 25-50%. Blinking red means less than 25% of battery capacity remains.
Locking the button - if you want to prevent unwanted switching on of the lamp in your luggage, press the button twice quickly within 0.5 seconds (the lamp must be switched off), then the lamp will flash twice in low mode and cannot be switched on. To unlock, quickly double-press the button again. Unwanted switching on can also be prevented by enabling the lamp body.
Warning of discharged battery - the side button starts flashing red and the light gradually automatically switches to the lowest mode.
Warning
- Do not disassemble the sealed part in the lamp head yourself, this will void the warranty.
- Use only high-quality Li-ion batteries 21700 to avoid damage to the lamp, for example due to leakage of substances from the battery.
- If the protective rubber rings appear damaged after a long period of use, replace them. The rings must also be lubricated to prevent rubber erosion. By following these rules, the lamp will be properly protected against water.
- If the lamp flashes, does not switch to higher power, or does not light up, it may be for one of the following reasons:
- The battery is dead, charge it.
- The contacts inside the lamp are dirty - clean them with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol.
- The lamp body is loose, tighten it.
