The Polar M450 HR cycling computer as a combination of a sports tester and a cycling computer offers a built-in GPS unit, an accurate barometric altimeter and, thanks to the chest strap, also all heart rate functions.
Polar M450 can also be expanded with cadence and speed sensors like a regular computer.
GPS module - The most modern GPS module uses preloading of satellites and is thus very fast and accurate. It records speed, route and altitude perfectly.
Accurate barometric altimeter - Integrated barometric altimeter for accurate altitude determination.
Heart rate measurement - The M450 bike computer collects heart rate data from the chest strap. Thanks to this, you can monitor your body during training and effectively develop your fitness.
Tests - Measuring fitness and progress with orthostatic and fitness tests will lead you to better knowledge of your own body.
Training load and regeneration - By setting the training load, you will know your limits. You will also find out how much time your body needs for regeneration after demanding performances.
Safety - Polar M450 also thinks about safety. When it gets dark, the front LED light turns on automatically thanks to the sensor.
Synchronization with the Strava program - An obvious feature of the M450 cycle computer is synchronization with the popular and widely used Strava program among professionals.
