UPPER: The upper is made exclusively of soft and perforated microfiber to increase the light weight and breathability of the shoe.
ATTACHMENT SYSTEM: one micro-adjustable BOA L6 wheel ensures a simple and uniform way that ensures a constant hold without any pressure. Boa Technology guarantees the reel and cables of the BOA closure system for the entire life of the product.
COMFORT FIT TONGUE: The tongue of the shoe is perforated for better internal air flow and contains a high-tech cushioning layer for greater comfort.
INSOLE: Made with a special anatomical design that adapts to the foot for optimal comfort. It has micro-perforations for ventilation. 
GAERNE MTB 2DENSITY SOLE 7.0: Straight from the Gaerne development team comes the new "MTB 2DENSITY SOLE 7.0". A new sole designed specifically for mountain bike use. The structure of the sole combines nylon and fiberglass materials, making it durable, light and thin. The tread has been designed to ensure maximum grip/stability and has excellent resistance to different types of terrain. Two removable front studs give this shoe better traction in variable and muddy terrain.

However, in the 1970s, Gaerne shifted its focus to the production of specialist sports footwear, including cycling and motorcycle boots.
