Renthal Apex stem, Ø-31.8 mm
The new Renthal Apex stem covers all types of mountain biking. Light enough for cross country and stiff enough for 780mm handlebars. The new Apex is characterized by a unique clamping system. APEX construction includes a fully CNC machined 7014 aluminum alloy body and 7075 aluminum alloy sleeves. Mid-stem material removal, extensive 3D machining and external creasing maximizes structural strength and stiffness and minimizes weight.
Following Renthal's philosophy of offering the customer more options in setting, Apex is available in lengths of 40, 50, 60, 70, 80 and 90 mm. Each of these stems can be mounted on both sides and thus provides a lift of +/- 6 °. It is therefore suitable for bicycles and riders of all categories.
