The ADVANCED XC 70 stem is designed for advanced MTB/XC style riders. Forged and hardened, made of material that will satisfy even the most demanding riders.
• Aluminum 6061 is commonly used in structural parts of yachts, car chassis, or even pressure cylinder divers. This aluminum alloy is made to withstand high pressures
• 3D forging – a block of heated aluminum is forged and pressed into the desired form. The advantage of this technology is that nothing needs to be welded - everything is made from one block of aluminum. As a result, the component is lighter and even stronger
• T6 – processing of the material through the ripening process in cycles of specific conditions, to achieve a significantly higher hardness. Also known as "Letting go".
