Scientia saddles are the result of cooperation between the Selle Royal brand and the Sports University of Cologne.
Together they developed a range of 6 ergonomic seats, based on laboratory studies at the university level.
The choice of saddles is based on the measurement of the width of the sit bones. The M3 version is intended for a pelvis width greater than 13 cm and a sport-recreational concept of driving. In the lower part in the area of the saddle skis, there is a unique Curva Suspension, which provides the saddle with excellent lateral flexibility.
In the upper part of the saddle, there is a central channel with a gel layer to relieve the weight of the seat and reduce the transmission of vibrations from the wheel.
