The Explora Athletic saddle with an ergonomic center channel is designed to be maximally comfortable on any surface.
The Royal Gel cushioning and the integrated shock absorber in the back of the saddle (it works similarly to elastomer) ensure that you can enjoy the ride carefree. The slightly curved profile of this saddle allows you to quickly find the right riding position and at the same time it also acts as a support on steep climbs.
Athletic saddles are here for riders who are used to riding their bike at a faster pace and keeping their back at a lower angle (around 45°).
The riding position is a decisive factor in choosing the optimal saddle. Depending on your riding style, the way your sit bones touch the saddle varies significantly, which in turn affects the level of comfort.
