Specifications of the Transfer Neo model:
- Specific FOX battery with compatibility for future Neo products.
- Made using an incredibly robust architecture (like the 2025 Transfer model).
- The possibility of adjusting the pressure using the valve on the head of the column.
- Optimized for 34.9 - the top and bottom of the post are specific to 34.9, resulting in better aesthetics and shortened insertion lengths in this diameter.
- Transparent and traceable service interval of 8,000 starts.
- 26.216 milliseconds from lever press to column movement.
- The dust cover is easily removed for relubrication, keeping the seatpost running smoothly between service intervals.
- Shake-to-Wake function - the Transfer Neo system automatically turns on when the bike is moving and goes to sleep after five minutes of inactivity. No need to use the power button.
- Battery charge level indicator (when inserting the battery) - based on a colored LED.
- Manual start option if the battery in the stick runs out - press and hold the pairing button on the controller until the LED lights up white. Press again to end activation.
- Main battery life 30 to 40 hours, depending on the number of seatpost starts.
- Charging time 1.25 to 1.5 hours using the included docking station and USB-A to USB-C cable.
- 7V motor with FOX custom steel planetary gears for unmatched durability.

- Available in Factory Series - with original Kashima Coat finish - Stack height 47mm - 18mm improvement over the Reverb AXS. Measured from the bottom edge of the controller to the center of the seat stays.
- Weight 528g in 30.9mm x 100mm configuration. Transfer Neo is competitive in its weight from XC racing to enduro. The Transfer Neo saddle is fully supported by the Ride FOX Bike application. Riders have quick access to an overview of the Transfer Neo's components, can download firmware updates and activate useful functions such as Bike Park Mode, Transport Mode and track service intervals.
- Bike Park Mode temporarily disables the lever, preventing the seatpost from being accidentally extended when riding mostly downhill. Park bike riders no longer have to flip their wireless lever on top of the handlebars to prevent accidental release. This mode can be quickly deactivated by quickly pressing the lever four times or via the app.
- Transport mode is designed to save battery power in Transfer Neo mode while transporting the bike (e.g. long car rides). When this mode is active, the Transfer Neo will automatically turn off with "Shake to Wake" disabled. To deactivate Transport mode, drop the rear of the bike from a few meters off the ground (let it bounce) or simply remove and reinsert the battery.
