9point8 Fall Line R telescopic seat post Ø-30.9 mm, 375 mm/125 mm, offset 25 mm
9point8 Canadian seatpost with a unique construction, which has internal cable routing.
The seatpost works with an extremely low air pressure of 25-45 psi, thanks to which it practically does not stress any seal (pressure up to 10-15x lower than the competition). It does not contain any oil filling, so there is no risk of oil leakage or laziness in winter. The seat post has its own unique DropLoc mechanical brake (for example, if you lift the bike by the inserted seat, it will not come out from under your hand). It has an original anti-rotation system and, compared to the competition, it has absolutely minimal operating clearance. The sliding parts are coated with an extremely durable black titanium layer.
The possibility of choosing a head for attaching carbon saddle rails (oval) or for round - classic rails and user-friendly micro-adjustment of the inclination and front-rear position of the saddle.
The head is straight with the inline version. The seat post enables two-way routing of the cable - i.e. she doesn't care if there is a pencil or the free end of the cable at the seat post.
The lever is not included in the package - the seat post is compatible with any mechanical lever on the market. However, 9point8 offers two separate types of levers to control their seatposts:
- 9.8 ThumB allows the cable to be attached only from the pencil. You can place it on the handlebars on both sides, vertically or horizontally, and when horizontal, then above and below the handlebars.
- 9.8 Digit, which can only be attached to the left side of the handlebar from below. The cable can only end in the Digit lever (not the side with the pen). Mounting on the handlebars with a sleeve or Shimano, Sram, and other standards.
