Generation 2.0 of the only custom 3D printed bicycle saddle.

Made from carbon fiber and TPU based on data from your background footprint and chosen driving preferences. Ultralight, made in the Czech Republic, with a color element and an imprinted nickname of your choice.

Width (Size)

While traditional saddles only offer a limited selection of widths, we have expanded the spectrum. We produce Joyseat in 40 widths from 130 to 170 mm.
Your riding style together with the exact measurement of the sit bones are a guarantee that we will create the ideal size for you.

Shape

Joyset offers a wide range of saddle shapes, from flat profiles for flexible road cyclists to curved profiles for bikers with a stiff spine.
While flat saddles allow better fore-aft movement, bent saddles provide more support and help maintain proper posture.

Stiffness

Thanks to 3D printing, we are able to adjust the stiffness of the lining according to your BMI, gender, age and annual mileage.

Weight: 150-200 g (the weight is defined by the rider's individual requirements; road saddles are usually on the lower limit, those for MTB, on the contrary, on the upper limit)

Width: 130-170 mm (the width of a particular saddle is determined by the sit bones of a particular cyclist)

Materials

Padding (flexible structure): Recyclable thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) printed on an industrial 3D printer using Multijet fusion technology.
Color detail: Recyclable polyamide 12 (PA 12) printed on an industrial 3D printer using Multijet fusion technology.
Carbon base: Skis and frame are hand-made from Toray carbon fiber. A unique composition of unidirectional and twill fabrics is used to achieve perfect stiffness and load-bearing capacity.
Packaging: Packaging made of recycled cardboard and without plastics.

Production

Joyseat is manufactured exclusively in Europe. The 3D printed padding is made in Germany and the carbon parts are handcrafted in the Czech Republic from carbon composites sourced from Europe.
