The round shape of the SCRATCH M5 allows a natural rotation of the pelvis, thereby creating stability and support for the lumbar region; it also favors the distribution of pressure over a larger area.
Despite the absence of a true perineal channel, the SCRATCH M5 has an open base able to eliminate pressure peaks in the genital area.
The closure of the prostate zone also offers better protection against extreme weather conditions (rain or mud).
