Shimano derailleur pulleys improve the performance of Shimano's 11-speed rear derailleur. Alloy pulleys reduce friction and thus increase the service life of the bearings. They work with lower resistance and better transfer of power from the legs to the rear wheel when pedaling. These pulleys are made of aluminum alloy, which is extremely light. 
Simply high quality that guarantees the best results.
