LOOK X-TRACK EN Range pedals
The LOOK X-Track En-Rage pedal was developed for the most extreme rides. It has an impressively wide contact area of 545 mm², even when the foot is not yet attached. It is ideal for riders looking for a comfortable width for safety, but also a contact with the surface and weight ratio. Of course, consistent and durable clamping in all conditions and a highly reliable SPD mechanism. The model was designed for TRAIL/ENDURO style and is made of aluminum. It is resistant to damage from external influences (stones, roots, mud). For consistent performance, the pedal axle features a double waterproof seal to withstand even the most extreme conditions. It has a 63 mm wide body, which makes the pedal lighter and better applied on narrow and steep single trails. Although it is still ENDURO capable, it is primarily intended as a TRAIL pedal.
On/off is a key element. Faster, easier and safer - these are the characteristic features of the X-TRACK family. In order to meet these requirements, the manufacturer focused on 3 areas:
MECHANISM GEOMETRY – works regardless of external conditions. In mud, the forces disrupting the pedal are significantly different from those encountered in dry conditions. The added space around the clamping mechanism allows for the dumping of various foreign bodies.
ADJUSTABLE TENSION - adjustable tension screw allows you to tune the on/off resistance to personal preference.
SIDE CONTACT SUPPORT - helps guide your foot when pedaling and gives you a contact point even if you haven't engaged the boot yet. This wide contact area prevents the foot from sliding on the body of the pedal and offers a consistent and sure footing.
