The top of the Ritchey Switch System headset is designed specifically to work with the Ritchey Switch Stem, which routes cables, wires, and hydraulic lines from the handlebars to the bike frame. This system allows the headset bearings to operate without any interference from cables, wires or lines passing through the head tube.
