Unique to the Ritchey Switch system are these head assembly pads that make it easy to route cables from the Ritchey Switch stem to the Switch head assembly. These special pads, which mimic the shape of the underside of the Switch stem, are key to the Switch's clean look and integrated functionality, and can be installed or removed without disconnecting cables.
