The Gravel frame from Thomson is made of titanium labeled 3Al 2.5V, which is used primarily in the aerospace industry.
The surface of the frame is polished, while the logos are created by sandblasting. With a 70° head tube angle, the Piedmont is stable when riding straight, but also handles great on technical single trails.
The frame allows the use of tires with a maximum width of 44 mm, with the optimal width being between 40 and 43 mm.
The frame is equipped with internal cable and bowden routing, and is therefore fully prepared for the installation of a telescopic seatpost with internal control.
The frame includes a Columbus Futura Cross Plus carbon fork with a 12x100 mm axle, a Cane Creek 1 1/8" - 1.5 headset, a 27.2 mm seat tube clamp, and a 12x142 mm rear axle.
