FOX has updated its family of 34mm suspension forks for the 2022 season with a lighter and stiffer construction, smoother internal casts that are more adjustable than ever before. The lower legs received a new bridge shape, which is taken from the high-lift forks 36/38/40. This arch optimizes the stiffness-to-weight ratio, protrudes further forward which is in line with the trend and ensures sufficient play during full compression. On the back of the lower legs you will find channels that serve to increase the volume of air, as a result, a gradual reduction in pressure is ensured, which ensures that the fork is able to achieve full compression. The channels also serve to circulate oil to the upper parts of the lower legs and regularly lubricate the foam rings and inserts when the fork is compressed.

FIT4 DAMPING - Already the fourth generation of the patented FIT closed cartridge allows adjustment of the compression on the crown in three positions (Open, Medium, Closed) during rides for the best adaptation of the damping to the driving conditions. The top-of-the-range Factory Series forks also have the option of fine-tuning the open position (within a range of 22 clicks), so that each rider can adjust the compression according to their own preferences.
FLOAT (FOX Load Optimum Air Technology) – air suspension for all FOX FLOAT forks from 100 to 200mm travel is improved with a specific air piston with a more linear resistance/compression force curve as similar as possible to a steel spring curve. From 2018, the forks of the 32, 34, 36 and 40 series are equipped with the new FLOAT system with reduced weight and reduced force required to break the fork from the deadlock position. They thus provide excellent sensitivity of reactions to small bumps for all riders and pressure settings.
AIR VOLUME SPACERS - The progressivity of the compression can be additionally fine-tuned with the help of delimiting inserts in the positive air chamber, with which each rider can fine-tune the suspension according to their own requirements and driving preferences.
EVOL (EXTRA VOLUME) - An enlarged negative air chamber significantly improves the response of the fork. This increases comfort as the breakaway moment can be reduced. In addition, the more linear characteristic of the spring offers better performance, especially in the middle of the stroke.
