The label "Factory" says it all. The best technology that FOX can offer is available in the Factory Series models, including our ultra-durable original Kashima Coat, which ensures a buttery performance of the fork. FOX has updated its family of 34mm suspension forks for the 2022 season with a lighter and stiffer construction, smoother internals and more adjustability than ever before. The lower legs received a new bridge shape, which is taken from the high-lift forks 36/38/40. This arch optimizes the stiffness-to-weight ratio, protruding further forward which is in line with the trend and ensuring sufficient clearance at full compression. On the back of the lower legs, you will find channels that serve to increase the volume of air, as a result, a gradual reduction in pressure is ensured, which ensures that the fork is able to achieve full compression. The channels also serve to circulate oil to the upper parts of the lower legs and regularly lubricate the foam rings and inserts when the fork is compressed.

TECHNOLOGIES:
FIT4 DAMPING: Already the fourth generation of the patented FIT closed cartridge allows adjustment of the compression on the crown in three positions (Open, Medium, Closed) while driving for the best adaptation of the damping to the driving conditions. The top-of-the-range Factory Series forks also have the option of fine-tuning the open position (within a range of 22 clicks), so that each rider can adjust the compression according to their own preferences.
FLOAT AIR SUSPENSION: The lightweight FLOAT air suspension system automatically balances the positive and negative air chambers for increased responsiveness and traction regardless of air pressure settings. Riders can fine-tune the properties of the positive air spring with Volume Air inserts.
AIR VOLUME SPACERS: The progressiveness of the compression can be additionally fine-tuned with the help of delimiting inserts in the positive air chamber, with which each rider can fine-tune the suspension according to their own requirements and driving preferences.
EVOL (EXTRA VOLUME): An enlarged negative air chamber significantly improves the response of the fork. This increases comfort as the breakaway moment can be reduced. In addition, the more linear characteristic of the spring offers better performance, especially in the middle of the stroke.
KASHIMA COAT: The revolutionary inner leg surface treatment technology by electrically adding molybdenum disulfide to the micropores is used exclusively on FOX Factory Series forks and shocks. The brown-gold surface of the legs reduces mechanical friction by up to 40% compared to conventional hard anodizing. It gives the fork buttery smooth operation and is much more resistant to mechanical damage.
