With the new SIDLuxe shock absorber, Rock Shox wants to appeal primarily to XC and marathon riders. The internals of the shock are based on the current Deluxe models, but are much lighter and adapted to the special requirements of XC riders.
The modified size of the air chamber ensures a smooth response during and at the end of the stroke.
DebonAir air suspension
With a large range of settings, it is ready for whatever the terrain throws at it. The buttery-smooth early-stroke ride is now complemented by better mid-stroke support and hold for more confidence on technical terrain.
Counter Measure
Thanks to the Counter Measure technology, the shock absorber break-off moment is practically reduced to zero. This means that even small bumps are absorbed and you always have perfect traction.
Damping liquid Maxima Plush
The best suspension requires the best oil. The Maxima Plush product was developed to reduce the wear of spring elements, friction and all noise.
The RL damper allows you to adjust the rebound phase to your needs. It also has a lock that can be controlled in two positions (open/locked) directly on the silencer.
