FOX has updated its family of 34mm suspension forks for the 2025 season with smoother internals that are more adjustable than ever. The FOX 34 SC features inner legs with a diameter of 34mm and sufficient casing coverage for a quality ride, and hollow lower legs provide even greater weight savings. KASHIMA COAT – Revolutionary inner leg surface treatment technology by adding molybdenum disulfide to the micropores via electrical means is used exclusively on the forks and FOX Factory Series dampers. The brown-gold surface of the legs reduces mechanical friction by up to 40% compared to conventional hard anodizing. It gives the fork a buttery smooth ride and is much more resistant to mechanical damage. FLOAT AIR SUSPENSION (FOX Load Optimum Air Technology): The lightweight FLOAT air suspension system automatically balances the positive and negative air chambers for increased sensitivity and traction regardless of the air pressure setting. Riders can fine-tune the properties of the positive air spring using Volume Air inserts. AIR VOLUME SPACERS - Compression progressiveness can be additionally fine-tuned using spacers for the positive air chamber, with which each rider can fine-tune the suspension according to their own requirements and driving preferences. EVOL (EXTRA VOLUME) - The enlarged negative air chamber significantly improves the response of the fork. This increases comfort as the breakaway moment can be reduced. In addition, the more linear characteristic of the spring offers better performance, especially in the middle of the stroke.
