XLC BP-E43 Sram organic brake pads
The pads are made of rubber. Organic plates resist high temperature, which protects the seal in the brake caliper from overheating. They are softer than brake pads made of other materials. This means, among other things, that they are often quieter in operation .
You can use them on trekking, MTB, road and electric bicycles.
