FSA BB-92 Ceramic MTB Pressfit middle composition, 41x92 mm
Replacement cups with ceramic bearings, compatible with MTB frames with a BB-92 center (92x41mm) and MTB cranks FSA MegaExo 24mm.
The main advantages of FSA ceramic bearings compared to standard bearings are their longer service life, lower weight, greater strength, lower rolling resistance and excellent anti-corrosion properties.
The bearings contain high-precision silicon nitride ceramic balls (Si3N4) with accuracy class 5, i.e. with only a deviation of 5/1,000,000' from the ideal spherical surface.
Their weight is about 60% lower, while they are 7 times stronger compared to steel balls.
The bearing raceways are made of high carbon chrome steel 52100.
The used seal made of NBR 70 material minimizes friction and protects the bearing against the ingress of dirt.
